“The Hellbender” Trail Workout

Come join the NCMTR group for a fun new trail workout!! Each Wednesday night we will meet at the Trace Ridge Trailhead in North Mills River at 6:30pm. Workouts will vary each week and will help to accomodate to a variety of distances from sub-marathons to Ultras.
Beginners 3-5 miles
Intermediate 5-7 miles
Ultra 9-10 miles
