Scott Socha CPed

Scott, a Certified Pedorthist, graduated from Evergreen State College in 2002 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree. Scott played soccer for the Evergreen varsity team. After graduating and relocating back to Blacksburg, Virginia, Scott was hired to manage RunAbout Sports. RunAbout Sports is a full service specialty retail store where its customers are assessed for their foot type and fitted for a running or walking shoe.

Scott also coached soccer for the New River United Soccer Club as well as the Christiansburg High School varsity team. He has been in charge of events like the Groundhog Scurry (a 5.76 mile road race connecting Blacksburg to Christiansburg via the Huckleberry trail). Scott has run a successful soccer camp for the summers of 2005 and 2006. While providing service for the Blacksburg community Scott has grown to know Jamie Dick very well. Scott, Jamie and Aaron Saft have all collaborated on a plan to provide the running/walking customer with the highest and most specialized level of service available.
