Hamstring Tendinopathy Workshop

Part 1 of a 2 part workshop series for treating the most common tendon pain syndromes among runners. Come join physical therapist Miriam Salloum at Foot Rx on Thursday 2/1 as she discusses:
- the anatomy and physiology of hamstring tendon pain
- what movement patterns in running can help cause and exacerbate hamstring pain
- training modifications and specific evidence- based exercise programming to reverse the changes in tendon pathology
There will also be helpful tips, outside of running, with taping and siting activities to decrease tendon stress throughout the day for speedier recovery. Miriam will also discuss exciting updates in research that allow runners with hamstring tendinopathy a faster return to pain free running!
