Aaron Saft

Aaron Saft is husband to his wife Beth, and father to their son Keagan. In 1999 he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and in 2000 he received his Master’s Degree in Special Education, both degrees are from North Carolina State University. Aaron was a Full Scholarship athlete in Cross-Country, Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field receiving All-ACC honors in all three sports.

Since 2000 he has run professionally with a highlight being winning the 2007 USAT&F Trail Marathon Championships in 2:30:53. During this time he taught Spanish and Special Education at the Middle and High School levels. He has also had the pleasure of being the head coach of the Cross-Country and Track & Field teams at the High School level for 5 years. In 2003 he was also able to help the Virginia Tech Cross Country and Track & Field team as a volunteer coach for one year.

Running is his passion, and having a running store of his own has always been a dream of his since he started running in 1990.
